Purchase & Delivery
How do I receive my purchase?
Instantly. After checkout, you’ll be directed to a download page where you can access your Google Sheets link and Excel file. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the same links.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I re-download later?
Yes. Log into your Gigaware account and visit your “My Purchases” section to re-download any product at any time.
Using the Products
Do I need any special software?
No. For Google Sheets, you just need a free Google account. For Excel, you need Microsoft Excel 2016 or later (desktop version recommended for full formula compatibility).
Can I customize the templates?
Absolutely. All category names, labels, colors, and input fields are editable. The formulas will automatically adjust to your changes.
Do the templates support my currency?
Yes. You can set any currency symbol you want. All calculations are currency-agnostic — they work with any monetary unit.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn’t work as described, email support@gigaware.co within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do I get help if I’m stuck?
First, check the “How to Use” tab inside your template. If you still need help, email support@gigaware.co and we’ll respond within 24 hours (business days).
Do you offer customization services?
Yes. Email us with your requirements. Custom work is handled by our sister company, Gigabit.

Can I resell or redistribute a Gigaware template?
No. Each purchase is for your personal or organizational use only.
